Welcome to the website of the Northeast Lauderdale High School Trojans! My name is Joshua Herrington, and I am blessed to be heading into my fourth year as principal here. As a graduate of the Lauderdale County School District, I am proud to work in this phenomenal community. I began my teaching career in this city back in 2012 where I have taught social studies, coached soccer and tennis, served as a lead teacher and assistant principal. My family and I spent a total of 8 great years at Meridian High School before I was given the amazing opportunity to become principal at Northeast Lauderdale High School in 2020. Trojan Nation is a place of wonderful tradition and pride. I am truly humbled and grateful to be a Trojan! I am happily married to my beautiful wife, Mrs. Chelsea Herrington, and we have three wonderful children. As a family, we look forward to seeing the great students of Northeast Lauderdale High School receive a quality education while equipping them to be contributing and productive citizens upon graduation.
