Graduation Coach

My name is Allyson Wells-Butler, and I am the Graduation Coach and At-Risk Coordinator at Northeast Lauderdale High School.  My primary goal is to assist your student toward his/her goal to graduate with a high school diploma.  I work closely with your student and with school faculty and parents to achieve this goal.

In my role as Graduation Coach, I identify personal barriers to graduation, develop and implement individualized intervention strategies, and work with students to develop a graduation and achievement plan to include the best program to meet academic and post-secondary goals.  I provide direct student support and case management to match each student’s individual needs. One  of my main goals is to motivate students to focus on their graduation plan.
