Congratulations to 2022 NEHS graduate Natalie Pierce for receiving the 2022 Golden Apple scholarship. Each year, the Golden Apple Award for East Mississippi and West Alabama recognizes the outstanding efforts of teachers in the region. This year's winner is Ms. Ashley Shier from Northeast Middle School. Sponsored each year by a number of local businesses, this is a well-deserved honor for such a hard-working educator.
